To register and maintain a 35ph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balances.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered 35ph account. If 35ph detects multiple accounts controlled by the same individual — whether identified by name, payment method, device, IP address, or other identifying factors — 35ph may suspend all related accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any winnings generated from duplicate accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35ph account credentials (username, password, and any OTP codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 35ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify 35ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security compromise. 35ph may temporarily suspend your account while investigating a security concern.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 35ph is required by its licensing and anti-money laundering obligations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys card), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
35ph reserves the right to close an account at any time for cause, including but not limited to: fraud, breach of these Terms, activity inconsistent with legitimate gambling behavior, or legal or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed for cause, 35ph may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.
All deposits to your 35ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 35ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 35ph account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–60 minutes to clear depending on the originating bank and time of transaction. 35ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 35ph in the order received. Standard processing times are as follows:
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 35ph does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Players who have received a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted.
35ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that trigger AML compliance review criteria. Processing of such withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of the review. 35ph will communicate with the affected player throughout any such review period.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or display issues — 35ph's system records will be the primary reference for determining the outcome of any affected bets. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the affected bet stake will be returned to the player as a gesture of goodwill, and no further liability will arise.
35ph reserves the right to void bets that are placed as a result of obvious error, software malfunction, pricing error in sports betting odds, or any circumstance that a reasonable person would recognize as a clear mistake. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's account.

35ph provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or third-party connectivity issues. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 35ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such exclusions or limitations are prohibited by law.
35ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 35ph account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described therein. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
35ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 35ph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any revision. Continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations serving Filipino players. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 35ph's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact 35ph support to initiate a formal complaint. 35ph will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and will aim to resolve disputes within 14 days of acknowledgment.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction. 35ph acknowledges players' rights to seek independent legal advice and to escalate unresolved disputes to appropriate regulatory bodies where applicable.
